Training Duration

The course covers knowledge of the audit process, its purpose, and objective, the role of the management team in an organization, conducting Internal audits for ISO 9001:2015 compliance, selecting the right people for conducting the audit process, and data collection methods during audits using real-time case studies and practical exposure. This course also covers how to maintain the records after auditing and what are issues that an auditor should avoid while performing a lead audit.
