Is it worth paying extra for a sunroof? Do you need it, or is it just for social approval?

An addition that is much desired in India is a sunroof. So much so that retailers claimed buyers would rather pay an additional Rs 40,000 or more for a vehicle with a sunroof than one without. Customers would often have limited options in the beginning because only a small number of Chevy, Hyundai, and subsequently Honda used to provide them. Previously, these automakers would charge a bomb for the same thing.
